Honestly, by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had - would work with Rex at Rusnak again in a heartbeat. I actually leased a car from them without ever visiting the dealership and it could not have worked out better. My salesperson, Rex, was so on top of everything - trying to make me a fair deal, sending me all of the pictures and information I needed, coordinating shipping, etc. In a world full of shady dealerships, Rusnak bucks that trend. I had a really great sales guy helping me (Gabriel). Also the trade-in with my leased bmw was great (I think Leo). No complaints at all about any of the negotiations or buying process. In my opinion(and I only do this every few years so what do I know) I wish that the beginning of the finance period we could have reviewed the numbers- just an acknowledgement of where things stood and before I started signing off my existing car and before the new lease was established. I work with advisor Josh. He’s always been pleasant to work with. This time, the car was in for a recall. Upon inspection, they let me know of a nail in one of my tires. I got that taken care of immediately. I had an issue in the past when I was told my tires were good and within a week, I got a flat. I think they mostly go on tread, not miles on tires. I’m still pleased with the service at this dealer.

Bought a CPO M550 with front steering noise. Apparently BMW was hesitant to replace steering gear. It took two weeks but Rusnak got it done. Vick Deukmajian was wonderfully communicative and a real pro.
I had an awesome experience with Rusnak BMW. My contact Pat was super helpful, quick to respond, honest, no haggle. I felt at home during my time and 200 % trusted to Pat and the dealership to the point that I did not even check if the out the door price was correct on the contract when I signed it. We were passing through Thousand Oaks on our way to Northern California when the check engine light came on. We stopped at Rusnak BMW just an hour before closing and Josh got our repair set up and a loaner car in less than an hour. He stayed in communication with us and tracked down that the work was under warranty. They recognize what a hassle typical service encounters are and do everything they can to make it not that. So much so that I pass a different BMW dealership on my way to do business with them. A* service from these guys. They got me in quickly for my repair and gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. Vicken my service contact was great and listened to my needs and quoted me a fair price. They also send you a full video showing the repairs and what they worked on. The lounge is super nice too if you need to stay while your car is getting worked on. So glad I found these guys and BMW service is truly a cut above!

Went in under warranty with a drivetrain diagnostic. Super easy check in process and loaner availability. Diagnosed quickly and repaired at no cost under warranty and complete within hours. Super efficient and painless. Would go back anytime for anything.

I had the best experience, Robert was patient and never pressured me. I wasn’t sure of my timeline on the day of the test drive. But when we walked away and talked about the day we easily came back to loving the X3 and our experience at Rusnak. Newly renovated dealership, same great service. Complimentary coffee and water, comfortable (but on this busy Monday not enough) seating and big screen TVs. Renee was our service agent and was very pleasant and accommodating. We are a short drive from Calabasas, and split our time between Oxnard and Agoura hills, so we have three BMW dealerships to choose from. But, we are a Rusnak (Porsche and BMW) family and so the choice is easy for us.

Carl Seehoffer, Service Dept. Manager is the only reason I go to Rusnak. His care for customers is exemplary. He understands and remembers customers and solves any issues prudently. I also had a great conversation with Art Simcox. He is very nice and seasoned service advisor and I really appreciate his diligence as well.

I brought my car in for my oil change appointment at 11:00. I had planned to wait for what should be a 30 minute service, but was informed that because they were backed up and it was so close to lunch, my car wouldn’t be ready until at least 2:00. It ended up being closer to 3:00. At least Rusnak paid my Uber transportation home and back.

A very good salesperson. But the same old hassels at closing. Pushing customer to add more stuff they don’t want and extra insurance. Much wasted time The electronics remain confusing in this BMW and the “genius” assigned to help was knowledgeable but annoyingly impatient.
